Grace, our bot, is powered by a mix of playbooks, knowledge bases, and coaching sessions.
Playbooks
The Playbook is a set of pages that defines the bot’s workflow, similar to a procedure that a call center agent would follow.
Knowledge Bases
Users can create plaintext documents or point to URLs to provide knowledge and context for Grace
Coaching Sessions
After creating a playbook and attaching a knowledge base, users can start coaching their bot through role-playing scenarios.
Users can make corrections to the data that Grace inputs as well as to her actions and dialog.
