Hi, I’m Carin. I’m a Los Angeles-based product designer with 17 years of experience in complex B2B systems and AI products. I turn powerful technology into tools that users can understand, trust, and control.

As the lead and founding designer at Gridspace, I spent the past decade building and evolving their AI voice platform —> growing it from early call analytics concepts into a production system used by thousands of users.
